How PopReset Works

PopReset is a simple bubble-popping game designed for short, low-pressure play. Pop any drifting bubble using touch, mouse, or keyboard controls, and choose a mode that matches how you want to play.

Choose your mode

Relax: untimed play at the standard gentle pace.
Zen: untimed play with slower bubbles and a subdued display.
Challenge: score as many points as you can in 60 seconds.
Endless: keep playing as bubbles gradually appear and move faster.

Scoring and controls

Tap or click any bubble, or move the keyboard focus ring with the arrow keys and press Space or Enter.
Most bubbles score one point; large bubbles score two and gold star bubbles score five.
Pop bubbles within 1.8 seconds of one another to build a combo multiplier.
Your best score is saved separately for each mode on this device.

Tips for playing

Watch the whole play area and keep your pointer near the centre so you can react in several directions.
In Challenge mode, prioritise easy-to-reach bubbles and use quick consecutive pops to build a combo.

Play a Round Your Way

PopReset has no targets, questions, lives, or penalties for missed bubbles. Every visible bubble is available to pop. Relax and Zen suit open-ended play, while Challenge provides a clear 60-second finish and Endless gradually increases the pace. Scores come from bubble size, occasional gold star bubbles, and combo multipliers for consecutive pops.

The game works with touch, mouse, and keyboard input. Sound can be muted at any time, and players who prefer reduced motion can use their device or browser motion setting to reduce the particle effect after each pop. Leaving the page or switching browser tabs safely ends the current round, while completed best scores remain stored by mode on the device.
